Tandem Tenements is a locally owned, full-service realty company.
In addition to real estate listing and buyer representation, we also provide leasing services for tenants and property owners alike; offer property management services for an array of property owners including retail and office space, apartments and mobile home parks; and provide full-service oversight and buildout of both residential and commercial construction management projects for our clients.
While we are located in Western Mass and the Berkshires, our professionals serve the entire Region of western Mass including areas near southern Vermont, and NY. We also buy and sell in many markets across the US.
